Parthian Securities Limited (“PSL”, “we”, “our” or us”) is an industry-leading financial services firm licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigerian Exchange Limited, NASD OTC and FMDQ to provide cutting edge brokerage services to individual and institutional investors using technology. (“our services”).
As a Data Controller, we have published this Privacy Statement to help users of our services understand how we treat personal information collected through this website, associated websites, mobile sites, mobile applications, and other channels.
What Personal Information (PI) do we Collect?
This Privacy Statement applies to all personal information and data about an identifiable, living, natural person and, where it is applicable, an identifiable existing juristic person, including, but not limited to –

You also give us consent when you fill in your details into any of the blank forms provided on our Platforms for the collection of personal data
Your consent when given covers the processing of your personal data within Nigeria and in any country other than Nigeria wherein your personal data is transferred for processing or after processing
How to Withdraw Your Consent
You may withdraw your consent by communicating such withdrawal to us via compliance@parthiansecuritiesng.com. However, such withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the hitherto processing of your personal data before consent was withdrawn.
